WPA & Mera Rubell

I somehow got lucky and was one of the artists randomly selected to take part in ’36 Studios – Part 1′, where artists receive a visit from the WPA (Washington Project for the Arts), Mera Rubell of the Rubell Family Collection and various curators/writers, as they hunted down work for the upcoming WPA Auction. There are 36 studio visits in 36 hours, and I was visited at 12:30am, Sunday. Right around midnight suits me fine!

Thanks so much to the WPA and to Mera Rubell for such a great opportunity and such an awesome idea. I hope they all get to sleep until next weekend!
